ExperienceIn the past three years that i have lived in the houston area, I have worked for Texas Southern University Department of Mathematics having students from different backgrounds with various levels of prior math knowledge; and thus, truly understand what students require to learn math concepts and curriculum that they might initially struggle with. I have a degree in Mathematics from Texas Southern University, and a love for math. I have much patience, great communication skills, and know how to reach out to kids of all ages.

HobbiesA few hobbies that interest me include: Tae kwon Do, church, spending time with family and friends, photography, volleyball, kayaking, fishing and helping others by donating blood, and being a registered bone marrow donor as well as organ donor. Believing it is important to give back. Hobbies and life experiences have shaped my life goals. One goal is to become a successful independent woman as a dentist, as well as pursue dental research using mathematics . It is Important to show to future children that a woman can stand on her own while being just as successful, if not more, than a man. This comes from not being able to have this example from my mother, who passed. In addition I would also like to own a home with a family after all schooling in complete.
